Received a box of chocolate in mail! My first impression trying chocolate from Callie’s… guess… by the picture… someone’s blond hair was grafted into the chocolate! Yuk! So disappointed :(

Not really a destination place, because besides German style soft pretzels, the rest is a glorified candy and popcorn store. That being said, we got the giant«pounder» because it intrigued my 10 year old. I wasn’t really thrilled, you know, if it was bad it would be a waste, but the dogs were with us and we’d just finished a hike to nowhere, so «pounder» it was. It was the most perfect soft pretzel you could ever experience. You will never look at a frozen pretzel again! Soft and fluffy on the inside with the perfectly browned crustyness on the outside. They also have flavored and stuffed varieties, but I’m a traditionalist for a first try.

Fun place to stop when in the Poconos. They really seem to have something for everyone, not just chocolates. Lots of molded chocolates and pops with various cute themes. Seems to be priced well with other small chocolate and candy shops. Some more unusual things too, such as chocolate dipped potato chips along with the standard chocolate covered pretzels. Lots of novelty candy. Be sure to check out the candy museum filled with many tin molds on display.

I love Callie’s! I have been going here since I was a little girl and I love it! They have the best dark chocolate. I love the dark chocolate covered potato chips — -they are awesome! Everytime I am in my old neck of the woods, I always go to Callie’s. My dad always brought home the chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered cream cheese as a special treat when I was growing up. Great memories of their candy and it is still amazing to this day!

Every type of pretzel and popcorn under the sun and each better than the one one before it. You can take a tour of the pretzel making factory and the staff here is fantastic.

The chocolates here are surprisingly good! My husband and I stopped by to see the shop on Monday. Just to know most of the town’s sightseeing spots are closed ie quiet valley farm. So you are really limited on a Monday in this area.

Yes… this place is a fun stop for any kid or kid at heart. Just be warned — the fresh pretzels are very addictive.

Looks very promising from the façade of things, but pale beyond the veil. Went in, checked it out and then some. Got to try truffled chocolates, jelly rings and all sorts. Everything here tasted pretty tasteless, I was anticipating something delightful, but I lucked out. Most the selection here is overpriced and they charge not by assortment here, but by lbs. I believe that is not the best way to price your products, but that’s just me. Jelly rings here were a bit stale and they were twice the price they are at my local bodega. I enjoyed the décor and it is a nice attraction, but the taste fell short.

Another cute hidden gem in the poconos! Stopped in on a day trip in the neighorhood. They have every type of chocolate that you can think of! I never thought of having chocolate covered gummie bears or potato chips. They were interesting but good! They offer samples at the cash register so you can try flavors before you buy. Its a small shop, but they have amazing chocolates! I bought my mom home some sugar free varieties and she loved them. We will definitely stop in again the next time we are in the area.

Wow what a candy Heaven! There are so many candy options in this one place. Chocolate candy heaven! I am not even sure what to say about it. You got to come see it for yourself. Just be prepared to spend A LOT of money on things that usually do not cost that much. I was disappointed with the price of everything. I really thought it was over kill for a place in PA.

We tried the pizza pretzel and butter which were both very good. We went in the factory entrance and probably within a minute the man who was working there offered us a free sample and told us if we wanted he’d bring out some dough for us to roll out on the benches and play around with. Which I thought was very nice of him. There’s a left handed store which I was amused with since my best friend is left handed so I was sending her snapchats of the stuff. If you’re in the area, I would suggest stopping by!

Whatever you can think of, they have covered it in chocolate and it is GOOD! Gummi bears, potato chips, bacon, cream cheese, and even twinkies! The potato chip bark is worth the trip itself — think extra good crunch bar. I am closer to 50 than 40 and still always have to get chocolate covered Gummi bears, potato chip bark, chocolate covered peanut butter pretzel nuggets, and their chocolate chip xookie dough fudge! Definitely a kid in a candy store! Lol. Anywhere close — must stop

Go in the fall. The amazing Halloween stuff they have is great! The staff are friendly and the place always seems to be pretty busy. My pops has a huge sweet tooth so this is the perfect place to fulfill that urge. Try the turtles with pecans! There are so many choices that this place has something to satisfy everyone. Just try it out. The chocolate is good quality not the best but it’s good. I’ll come back here!

Delicious, fresh pretzels for over 28 years. They make hard and soft pretzels on-site in a variety of flavors like apple cinnamon, bacon cheese, cinnamon sugar, everything(like a bagel) and even the classic salt. If you get a fresh pretzel, you’ll be asked«would you like that warmed?» Get it warmed. It’s so much better warmed. The apple cinnamon was a stuffed pretzel, so there was apple and cinnamon filling. Visitors can watch a brief video about how they make pretzels along with viewing a live assembly line. When we visited, they were making everything pretzels. Kids can practice making pretzel shapes, too. The only thing missing for adults is the beer. If pretzels and popcorn don’t suit your tastes, have left handed items and souvenirs. It’s just like visiting Ned Flander’s Leftorium.

My wife and I found this place on the way home from hiking in the promised land. On a whim we decided to try the raspberry yogurt covered pretzels and I am sorry but they were heaven to our mouths. Far from mediocre. Long live the Mom & Pop shops. what was even better is that they were open till 5 but we got there a bit after five and they remained open for a few minutes with no complaints. They accept credit as long as you order at least $ 10 worth of stuff.
