Zell Associates, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Sherman Zell, and since that time he has directed its steady growth into the leading residential investment management company in Santa Clara County. The company currently manages buildings ranging in size from single-​family homes to apartment complexes of 145 units with experience as large as 288 units. Zell Associates, Inc. currently manages 1500+ apartment units.

Zell Associates, Inc. rehabilitated more than 3,000 apartment units and handled the management of distressed, foreclosed, and newly constructed properties. As a result of our professional management experience, we have been certified in Federal Bankruptcy Court as an expert in residential income property and recognized as a Court Appointed Receiver for major financial institutions.
