History

Established in 1990.

This is our second year to run the Music Box, but it has been a place of business for many years. The Music Box is in the middle of the Music Store and the infamous Washington Street «Pickin» Park. Musicians far and wide come daily to the park beginning in April and ending in October. These musicians are keeping the old time traditions alive here in the Ozarks; Mountain View is considered to be the Folk Music Capital of the world.
