History

Established in 2015.

I decided to start NeXus Pool Service after many years of taking care of my own pool. I spent the last 15 years of my career as a General Manager of some fine private clubs, during which I learned a great deal about customer service. I opted to take what I have learned both as a pool owner as well as my customer service skills and start this company.

So what can you expect from me? My promise to take care of your pool like it was my own. See I had several pool guys during my pool ownership days and quite frankly I got tired of never knowing if they showed up, what they did when they did show up and there my way or the highway approach to customer service.

So I pledge to you, I will be there on the day I am supposed to be, or in an emergency we will let you know that I need to reschedule and when that will be. I will send you an email letting you know the results of my visit so you will never be wondering what I did while I was there.

One thing I learned early in my career as a club general manager, it is easier to keep your members happy than it is to go find new ones. That certainly applies in the pool service business as well. I want to earn your business every week so that you’ll still want me as your poolman next month and next year. Maybe you’ll even refer me to your friends and neighbors who also have pools or spas.
