Move Up! Provided an amazing experience to the woman in our agency. They came and shared their expertise in resume writing and Empowered the woman to find their own strengths. They also coached them through role play interviews which gave the woman the confidence boost needed to land their ideal job. That I know of, there is no other agency who provides this type of free help with such Passion and Heart. Thank you Move up!

Move Up is a nonprofit organization which aims to empower underserved women by helping them find jobs and establish small businesses, essentially providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to kickstart their careers.
They work on resumes and prepare their clients for interviews. Each woman is assigned a mentor who sees through the entire process. By making that connection, the mentor is able to get to know the mentee, as well as their strengths. This allows the mentor to help the mentee find jobs suitable for her and really tailor to her needs.
In my opinion, the mentors are the reason why I admire this organization. They are all young women working full-​time jobs and managing this nonprofit at the same time. Their dedication and their attention to detail really add to everything they do. They’re very welcoming and do everything they can to empower you.
