There is always a long wait even if you are first appointment at 8:15, because you have to sign up at the front and I think they might go by first come first serve after that. There are only two doctors that work here and on some days, my doctor is the only one here (Reddy). Other than the long wait times (I suggest only booking appointments that are in the first slot, because I’ve come for appointments at 9:30 and not left till after 12, with most of the time sitting in the lobby texting people non stop. Parking is kind of a mess in the lot too, with way too many speed bumps and have to drive onto Moffet Blvd and back into the lot if you want to get in the other lane. I’d just suggest parking on the street and walking a few minutes. There open hours are inconsistent as well. They usually open at 8:15, but sometimes the lobby is already filled when you get there at 8:12 and they’re onto double digits already on the sign in sheet fml.
