Established in 2012.

JTG was established to provide service, support and training for all Apple products. We work on all devices from the iPod Touch to the Mac Pro. Whether it’s a broken screen or the dreaded spinning beach ball JTG can help. The difference between us and your local shop is WE COME TO YOU! Most of our services are performed in your home and all training is done on your device so you don’t get home and your computer looks different from the one in the class room.

JTG owner Matt Jerome was trained at one of the top financial firms in the world by their international head of Apple support. He also holds various certifications provided by Apple.

Matt is a highly experienced technology professional. After spending his life in tech as a hobby and 10 years as an educator… Matt decided to merge both of his passions into the formation of Jerome Technology Group. Not only will JTG service your computer or mobile device needs, but they will also design custom lesson plans to teach you how to use all the features of that new computer, OS or mobile device!
