I found the service at Jake’s to be pleasant but overall not worth the cost. Their techs are certainly better trained than those at Fry’s or Best Buy, but for an independent repair shop they charge about as much.
I’d encourage looking other places, and if you choose Jake’s, getting a firm price quote before you get any work done, so you don’t get overcharged.
