Gutter Cleaning Service for Eduardo

Eduardo is a professional who perfectly understands the importance of customer satisfaction and goes to great lengths to ensure it. Here are the reasons why I selected him for cleaning my home’s gutters:
1. He inspected the gutters to be cleaned while providing the free estimate to ensure there were no surprises later
2. He was sure of not only cleaning the gutters but putting gutter covers after to ensure this was my last gutter cleaning job. Hurts his business but unlike others he did not say no to it.
3. He was the most reasonable and came at par with my expectations regarding costs
4. Was punctual on all occasions
5. Ensured thorough cleaning including the down spouts for all gutters
6. Was familiar with the type of gutter covers I had for installation (Easyon Gutter Guard @ Costco) and installed them well.
Most other gutter service providers declined to install covers and some others were recommending older design covers that had proved to be failures due to several reasons.
I have been socializing Eduardo’s name within my friend circle and would continue to do so to help him and help my friends experience his excellent service.

Eduardo is a total keeper ! I am so glad I found him, thanks to Unilocal.I have used him 3 times now. He is very professional, sincere, excellent work ethic, does a very high quality job. He does not oversell you on services you do not need. He records videos and photos of the gutters before and after the cleaning to give you a view from up on the roof. I was very satisfied at Eduardo and his co-​worker. They did extremely good job, They cleaned gutters, changed extension sprouts, and even patched my leaking roofs, All the works were done in professional craftsmanship. Eduardo explained to me in detail on all the works he was going to do and come to my house at the spot. The price is reasonable.

I needed to get my gutters cleaned and I contacted two other contractors for quotes before I contacted Eduardo on a rainy Friday afternoon. The first contractor asked if I could send him pictures of my home via text so that he can send me a quote. I never got around to it because it was a rainy and cold day. The second contractor asked me how big is my house and he responded with a quick quote after I had provided him with the square footage of my home. Then I contacted Eduardo and he asked if I can text him my home address so that he can look-​up the size and picture of my home. Within 15 mins he texted back a quote more competitive than the second contractor. I hired him in an instant knowing that he was smarter than the first two with the way he used technology to provide a quick quote. I asked him when he can start and he said that he can come over the next morning at 8:30am.
It was a gloomy morning and it looked like it could rain anytime soon, but Eduardo was at my home at 8:30am sharp. He started taking before picture of how clogged my gutters were and took after picture on how cleaned my gutters are now. He also ensured that he didn’t leave any debris on the floor. He did a fantastic job and I am extremely satisfied with his service. I would recommend his service to family and friends and hope his business thrives.

A few weeks ago during heavy rain, I noticed my gutter was clogged and overflowing. I message these guys, they replied back and come out the next day. Took care of the gutter, made a small repair and did a roof inspection for me.
I would def use them again.

Eduardo is very professional in cleaning gutter. He did more than we expected charging a reasonable price. We are very satisfied with the result of his work and his customer service.
Here is the list of steps he was supposed to do.
I gave him this list beforehand:
1. Cleaning off the roof of lose debris.
2. Cleaning out the gutters.
3. Rinsing out the gutters.
4. Making sure downspouts are clear.
5. To repair minor things that needs to be fixed.
6. Tell us about major problems if he discovers any.
One of the downspouts didn’t work well because the leaves made it dirty.
Eduardo used the Amerimax Gutter Strainer (
) to cover the top to protect that area from fallen leaves. What a great solution!
Eduardo has done the job within 2 hours.
He showed me before and after photos of the drains,
and the video how we used the water to clean the gutter.

I called the other day and Eduardo said he would be over at 2 p.m. for an estimate. He was. He gave me a reasonable quote for my home and offered to clean the gutters the same day. I agreed.
Eduardo is a very hard worker. What I really appreciated was that he put all the trimmings into the compost bin and pulled it out to the sidewalk for trash day. He didn’t do it for any other reason but to be nice.
He mentioned to me that the gutter drains were too small for our home, which I have known from other people who have cleaned the gutters in the past. It’s something that everyone mentions. But unlike the other companies that have come before him, he offered a reasonable solution. He showed me some screens that would prevent large debris from falling into the drains and cause blockages, a $ 4 fix/​per drain. He purchased the items, installed them and didn’t charge me any more than the original estimate plus materials. He also gave me the receipt for the parts. Very honest person.
Other companies in the past have quoted large amounts to change out all the drains to large pipes. I’ve always passed.
He also showed me before and after photos of the drains. I really appreciated that extra bit of customer service. Very thoughtful.
Overall, I had a really great experience with this service and I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have their gutters cleaned.

Eduardo was great and excellent in cleaning gutter, also fixed my roof leaking and replaced some broken roof tiles, additionally he help me to brought some spare roof tiles for future purpose. Great job done!

I called Eduardo on Wednesday and he picked up the phone even after business hours. I gave him my address and he text me a quote. He came the next day to clean the gutters. He explained what he was going to do and showed me pictures of the gutters before and after they were cleaned.
The price was good and I would definitely recommend him.

We had Eduardo clean the gutters for our house and garage yesterday and he did a terrific job! He came at the last minute, worked quickly, and the price was great.

Eduardo was legit! He picked up my initial call and gave me a quick quote after I texted him my address. He looked on google street view to see how difficult it will be to clean and gave me a quote. His quote was the best of 3 other gutter cleaning services I got. I am confident he is the cheapest for his services. His prices did not mean he skimped out on the services. He had an opening the next day to clean my gutters. He showed up on time with another helper and greeted me with a smile. My house was not easy since it was 2 stories and Eduardo had to use a harness for safety reasons. Safety first! Once he finished the job he showed me before and after photos of my gutters so I wouldn’t have to climb up on the ladder to see. All in all I had a great experience with Eduardo. I would highly recommend his services especially with the possible El Niño rains coming.

He arrived on-​time, explained what he was going to do, and showed us photographs of the gutters when he was finished. He hauled away about 30 – 40 lbs of fine gravel which had come off the roof and collected in the gutters over the past 13 years.

Eduardo did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters. There were several trees with overhanging branches that were creating problems with the gutters. After consulting with him, he trimmed them back and let me know about a small spot on the roof that needed some attention. He was punctual, extremely polite and hard working. He cleaned everything thoroughly when he was finished. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to my friends and neighbors.
