Elements Of Magic has provided service to 1,000’s of couples throughout her years as a professional birth mentor and therapist. Working in private and small group settings, Mendy is able to provide individualized attention to clients, which helps promote a more experiential way of learning.

Business Owner

Mendy has been a Professional Birth Mentor, Therapist and Educator for over 10 years. Her outgoing spirit is very welcoming, which naturally helps people feel open and comfortable around her. She presents clients with multi-​leveled experience’s in the Birth and Parenting arena. She draws from her work as an experienced Doula. Has an innate sense and knowledge of the physical body, from her training as a Massage-​Spa Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Combined with her practical knowledge of parenting two children, attending births and supporting new families, is a sure way to connect to the Magic in your experience.
