Established in 2010.

We began offering carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning services in the Silicon Valley in 2010 as a licensee of CitruSolution Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We built a very loyal clientele by offering exceptional service; fast drying and long lasting results using safe and effective carpet cleaning products; and by operating as an honest, ethical, transparent business with no pricing games or deceptive practices. Our clients began asking us for services beyond carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, and we wanted to answer that call. Then we discovered the concept of probiotic sanitizing, how it works, and just how effective and beneficial it is in any cleaning endeavor and Citrus Plus Carpet, Upholstery and Tile Cleaning was born! Our ideology is expanded, our cleaning solutions and service offerings are improved and expanded, and our value proposition is the strongest and most exciting it’s ever been. My passion since childhood has been starting and running my own businesses and providing exceptional services to my customers — it is the core of who I am. The satisfaction of doing a great job for someone and hearing their sincere appreciation is what makes me tick. I love the instant gratification I get from cleaning or improving things. I was the kid on the block pushing a lawnmower, washing cars, or shoveling snow. Today I bring that drive and enthusiasm to market via Citrus Plus Carpet, Upholstery and Tile Cleaning.

When I’m not dreaming up new ways to improve my business, I’m striving to be the best father and husband I can be to my 3 amazing children and wonderful wife.

This team was great! Though I didn’t get a response from their contact form, but when I called it got set up right away. The technician showed up exactly on time, was extremely detail oriented, and left the house clean, beautiful and smelling amazing!

I gave Citrus Plus a call on an afternoon, talked to Craig, and the next day Vadym arrived at my house to clean a couple rooms and some area rugs. Everyone was super responsive, Vadym was right on time, professional, and very helpful in explaining the cleaning process.
Our carpets had some spots in higher traffic areas, but it had been a few years since they were installed new and I figured we should keep on top of things before pet hair and dirt got too deeply ground in. Even with our fancy pants vacuum cleaner it seems pet hair finds a way to weave its way in there, and sure enough a lot more came out during their cleaning process.
Everything dried in a few hours, looks great, and the carpets are much brighter. The pet safe non-​toxic citrus smell during the cleaning process was nice, but once dry not really any smell left at all — just clean.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Citrus Plus again.

This company is the best. Alex did wonderful job for us yesterday. He removed all (!!) spots from our VERY dirty (we have 2 little children) white sectional sofa and dining upholstery light green chairs. I thought that my sofa would never be so clean again, I thought it is impossible. I even thought to throw it away in the near future and buy a new one (however, the only problem with it was the dirty color). But now it is like new!
The thing is that I can compare how this kind of companies work. And I must say Citrus Plus is the best. Since then I am going to use only their services. Last year I ordered the cleaning of this sectional and chairs from other company (I do not know if I can write their name here, but I will go ahead to their Unilocal profile and will leave negative review there now). They left our sofa absolutely dirty, all the spots were left there. They just told me that this kind of spots are not removable, it is not possible. I believed them and was forced to live with dirty sofa for a year. This year I called Citrus Plus and they simply removed all the spots including new ones. Alex from Citrus Plus spent 3 times more time than that other unprofessional company last year, he did lots of work manually (unlike that other company that have not done manual work at all), and only at the end used their machines, he removed every spot by hands.
So I understood that last year I just threw away my money.
Plus Citrus prices were quite affordable. At the end I paid the same and even less as last year to that awful company that left my items dirty.
Plus it was very easy to make an appointment in Citrus. I just sent them an email with estimation request with photos of my items attached, Craig answered almost momentarily with their estimation. Then they came on the next day and cleaned everything and charged no more than they stated in the email.
After these experiences two experiences I must say that upholstery and carpet cleaning is something that you have to order only from the best and very few companies on market (like Citrus), it is not something you can try to save money on (I believe on groupon you can find better price, but at the end they will charge you the same or even more adding different kind of charges they have not mentioned from the beginning, and the most important — most of the companies won’t be able to do its work properly and you basically will just throw away your money). Citrus is they BEST! You can trust them!

Craig is extremely responsive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job cleaning our 3 bedroom areas. He was on time, friendly, and the carpets came out great (and smelled good too!). I even got text and email notification updates. And the products he uses are all natural which is very important. Highly recommended!

We had our couch and an area rug cleaned by Citrus Plus last week and they were absolutely fabulous. I scheduled the appointment about a month ago and they were very easy to work with and their communication leading up to the appointment was fabulous. The day of the appointment the technicians were timely, professional, meticulous and very thorough. Both our couch and rug look like new. We have had our carpets cleaned by this company on two different occasions, and both times have been spectacular. The cleaners are courteous, on-​time, fast, and just awesome. The most recent time we had this company come was to remove a very bad doggie poopoo mistake after our dog had been very sick. The cleaners worked super hard at removing the stain and while you can still see there was something there, their work was remarkable — think along the lines of liquid black turned to a light desert sand on a creamy brown carpet. Additionally, each time that these guys come they leave you with a bottle of their cleaner to do spot cleans as needed.

Just had our carpets cleaned by Citrus Plus, and wanted to give them a shout out. We hadn’t had our carpets cleaned for a few years, and with two dogs we were overdue. I called Citrus Plus this morning to see when they could come clean our carpets, and they scheduled me for the same day. I received a courtesy text that the technician would be a bit early, which was awesome.
Craig showed up, assessed the carpets and explained the process and benefits of their process and products compared to others. He then went about his work, cleaned the carpets and thoroughly cleaned up after himself.
I highly recommend Citrus Plus. They were on-​time, courteous, fairly priced, and they did a stellar job. Our carpets are spotless and they smell great! I almost wish we needed some tile and upholstery cleaned too! Next time.

Watch out guys. Whatever they use works well initially bit after a few months all the stains just simply re emerge.
All the stains in our carpet are back. The exact same spots are suddenly dark again.

I called Craig and told him how bad my dad’s carpets were. When Craig came out he was very honest and open with me about my dad’s carpets. Craig suggest replacing the carpets but my dad just wanted them cleaned. Craig did an amazing job on the whole place. Now mind you my dad’s carpets have had almost 9 years of use without ever being cleaned. Craig cleaned them to where they almost looked new again. Craig is very professional and knows how to get the job done the right way. If you need your carpets done then call Craig.

I finally decided that it was time to get my sofa cleaned. Since I have a long-​haired cat that messes it up quite frequently. Vadym and McNeil arrived right on time introducing themselves. They confirmed the order and after seeing how small my hallway carpet is, told me that they would throw that in as a bonus. They also gave me a time estimate as to how long it would take and they totally nailed it. The suede coach is now spotless and is no longer an eyesore and the same is true for the carpet. Everything smells nice and I could not be happier.

Very efficient and polite service from Citrus Plus. I got a reminder email a few days before my appointment, as well a text message when they were on their way. They were on time and didn’t leave a trace of mess behind after they left. My carpets look great, refreshed and much fluffier than before.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that it’s a little pricey if you only have a couple of rooms to have cleaned. There is a minimum charge and unfortunately, with only two carpeted rooms in my apartment it feels a little expensive. But I’m very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again.

I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the service I received. I had them clean a sofa, an oversized chair, and an area rug. My whole house smells like citrus now. It’s wonderful! Vadym was on time, courteous, thorough, and very friendly. I had my dog confined in a back room so that she wouldn’t interfere and he heard her crying and offered to let her come out and check him out so she wouldn’t be nervous. He pet her and let her check out his gear, and she was great after that. It really felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in the family, even our furry friends, were satisfied with his service.

Most unfortunately, I have been in urgent need of carpet cleaning twice within the past few weeks. First one dog had diarrhea and then this morning, the other one had it, and I do mean all over the only room in our house with decent carpet. What a mess!
Both times the customer service was excellent! The first time Craig went to great effort to assist me as soon as possible. After some discussion, we thought that the non– water extraction version might be sufficient so Vadym came and did that. When I determined that the carpet still smelled in the worst spot, owner Craig was happy to come out and redo it with the water extraction at no charge.
The second time, I called at 8am (a Saturday) and he called back within half an hour and he and an assistant were here in the early afternoon. Amazing customer service! House smells great. Carpet looks great. Only hoping I don’t need his services again so soon.

Was able to get same day service! The guys even showed up early, which is unheard of. They were super friendly and quick! They did a fantastic job! A little pricey, it was $ 175 for 3 rooms and a hallway but they did such a great job that I didn’t mind. Bonus my house smelt like oranges after.

I had CitruSolution come in and clean the carpets of an apartment I was moving out of. Now, I didn’t necessarily think the carpets were that bad. We have a dog that we walk daily, but we maintained them pretty well. I was shocked and slightly embarrassed to see the change in the color of the carpets when we finally moved the furniture out. I was really nervous at this point that we may not get our deposit back. After the cleaning, I was absolutely floored (no pun intended) to see that there was zero trace of our furniture’s foot print. Not to mention it smelled great! We ended up getting our full deposit back from the complex PLUS a bottle of the cleaning solution to take with us. We use it all the time and it works great! I will definitely be using their service again and again in our new home. Thanks CitruSolution!

Called at 1:00 and said they couldn’t make it for the 1:00 scheduled time.
Asked if they could reschedule for a different day because their last client wanted more services. And if not they would be at least 2 hours late. Explanation given by more than one employee: the other job was a big one and they made over $ 1k, so the new assistant shouldn’t have scheduled such a small job on the same day.
Don’t insult me by giving me terrible service and expect me to be happy about it.
4 calls between 1 – 3 asking us to move the cleaning to another day because the first client wanted more services. We refused each time.
Once they finally arrived over 3 hours after the scheduled appointment, one of the cleaners kept telling the other one that he knew how to do the job better «because he had done 1,000» jobs like this and to stop trying to remove some of the stains on the carpet.
Both seemed to be unconcerned about getting things clean but more about getting the job done fast. It was almost like they were near quitting time and were angry that they had to do the job.
One cleaner told us they didn’t help move furniture (or lift it up) and had no special products for cleaning pet stains or tough stains– even though this had been discussed at booking.

I just had my carpets cleaned by CitruSolutions and I wish I had called them the first! Their process is 10X better than the two other «Green» companies I used before.
I have three kids, cats and a dog and they have done a number on the carpets. CitruSoltions almost made the carpets like new. I did have areas, that the cats «took over» that still needs more attention so when I called, the owner, Craig, was on it! He is coming right back out to insure that I’m %100 satisfied. I already am since my carpets are so clean again and no chemical smell. Since the carptets where in such bad shape, I think extra cleaning was performed and it took much longer for the carpets to dry. If I could give 6 stars I would, as soon as they come back to treat the super big problem areas.

Used this service 3 – 4 times and I love the clean and smell! I have old carpet so some high traffic areas are still sort of grey which can’t be helped. The difference before and after the first clean was huge. Craig had done a great job of getting it from a huge black/​dark grey area in the hallway to a much fainter grey that blends better w/​my cream carpet. Everything else is clean and spotless in all my other rooms from their citrus solution.
It dries fairly quickly within a few hours and the citrus smells very pleasant. They leave a bottle of their solution for you before they leave which is nice to have for small spills.
While I preferred Craig’s cleaning the first time, the guys he hires to come out the subsequent times have been courteous and do a good job too. The second time I also paid to have my roommates’s couches cleaned (a little pricier but worth it) because of dog hair, which made a huge difference afterward. Never wanted to sit on it before but now it’s presentable without leaving dog hair all over my clothes.
Overall I won’t be looking for another business to clean my carpets, I’ve been very happy with this service!

As always Craig and his team exceeded my expectations. We have used their wonderful services for years and I found a new need, We have a puppy and a toddler and tweener in our house, AKA hard on the rugs. We decided to go on vacation and it worked out to arange a cleaning while we were gone. We came home after a long coast to coast trip to the amazing scent of citrus!!! So refreshing and how fun to come home to clean soft carpet to stretch out on after a long plane ride!!!
