I enjoyed my experience with Call 2 Taxi! When I needed a taxi, they arrived very quickly. The ride was enjoyable and Jassi was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting the city and he gave me great advice on places to go. I cant wait to use this service again in the future. When I was in San Francisco for business trip, I need a limo to get me to and from our office and my boss suggested this town car company. My driver Jesse was excellent, always on time and very professional. The car was clean and smells good. I will definitely use them again!

These guys are horrible, as you can probably tell from the other comments. I tried to order a cab to pick me up from the San Antonio Caltrain station at 1:30 AM. The dispatcher didn’t speak English and started yelling at me since he couldn’t understand the address I was giving him. He then hung up on me. Twice.
The taxi cab drivers themselves are mostly rude and never on time. Of course, there are 1 – 2 that are nice and delivered a personable experience. But I’d say 80% of the drivers I’ve received didn’t deserve even a 1% tip.
Furthermore, the company has like 4 different numbers with operators who don’t understand English. It’s extremely frustrating. I can’t wait for the day when these guys go out of business as Lyft or Über takes over the South Bay Area.

Thank you Jesse for being on time and very efficient! This dude saved me in a big way! I will definitely call on you guys again when I need a ride fast. My boss called me a couple Sundays ago at 4:30pm to tell me I needed to be at the Oakland airport by 6pm to bring him his bag! Holy moly, I was stressing, Jesse said he pretty much jumped out of his desk to come and get me. The only way I was going to make it; was if there was no traffic, and we got there at 6:03, my boss made his flight to China! Saved my a** big time!

Great company! They have always been on time and have nice vehicles. They charge less than the airport taxis and they are much nicer cars, usually black suburban or town car.
The only thing I would change is that sometimes the driver talks on the phone for quite a bit during the drive. He seems to be running the business out of the cab, while driving. I would prefer if this were done when he wasn’t driving.
But overall, one of the best experiences I have had with a cab in the Bay Area.

We’ve used this car service several times now to get to the airport (both SJO and SFO) from our home in Palo Alto and we’ll definitely continue to use them! Gary is always on time (usually early) and it’s just so nice to be met at the airport when you’re coming home by a friendly face instead of having to catch a shuttle to a parking lot. We’ve had a variety of cars from Prius to town car and they are all clean and well kept.
Do yourself a favor and book Gary next time you take a trip.

By far, the best taxi service in the Bay Area.
I’ve used Call2Taxi probably 100 times over the past 3 years, primarily for trips between Palo Alto and one of the Bay Area airports. It doesn’t matter if the pickup time is 3:45am or 11pm — these guys are ALWAYS on-​time, which has not been the case for other taxi /​car companies I’ve used in the Palo Alto area.
The drivers are incredibly professional and nice, and the cars are a big step above the typical «cab» (clean, leather seats, comfortable). Using credit card is never an issue, and most of the drivers actually use Square, which is a huge convenience for those of us who have to submit receipts.
I highly recommend Call2Taxi for anyone traveling for business or other reasons in the Bay Area — these guys are really, really good.

My wife and I have used this service a dozen or so times and every time Jassi (the driver) has arrived on time. We use it from Menlo Park to SFO and at times back home from the airport. We don’t event think twice anymore.
On our last trip, the driver (Jassi) even texted us while we were at SFO to let us know we had left our car keys in his car. Then he offered to drop it at our house or just hold on to it until we returned. As soon as we returned from Australia, he was there to pick us up and immediately handed the keys to us. It’s like having a personal driver just for you.

I didn’t know the name of the company for first few years, my roommate gave me their number when I moved to bay area and I saved it as just «cab». that was such a great help since then. Whenever I needed a ride I call them and they have always been available. Most of the time it was Gary or his friend/​brother.
I have used their service 10 – 12 times so far, mostly for going to SFO airport, and several times on urgent needs, like office to home on a Sunday night when no transport is available. Once my bike broke down at miles away from home and no bus was available there on Sunday, I called them and explained the situation. they sent in a large car and also helped to pack my bike into its back. Thank you so much.
They were consistently punctual and generally turn up 5 mins early, sometimes 10 min early for long distance rides. Even if you call them in last hour they’ll turn up in time. And after using their service several times I am more comfortable to relax my airport drop timings and not start too early, this gives you more free time before journey and ease of mind.
They ARE actually reliable.

I have used City Wide several times over two weeks (SF to Palo Alto and back plus around Palo Alto) and they are truly deserving of 5 stars. I’ve never had a bad experience and have been very pleased with the service and price.
Jassa is a great driver who is always prompt, friendly and interesting to talk to. Rides in a nice, roomy Lincoln are the same cost as a regular taxi but with better service and an all around better experience. Highly recommended.
