Absolutely awful!!! Never again my friend goes here and maybe her experience was better cuz she has a cool relationship with the lady that does her feet but let me just say I went for my nails not my feet she convinced me to do both first off she tells me to sit in the pedi chair she will be with me momentarily and that turned into a half hour to 45 minute wait… Granted they were busy but not that busy (5 open spa chairs) that I could have at least been soaking my feet but no I was told to sit she would be right with me and she proceeded to leave me sitting not even soaking and my appointment was at 230 as she worked on someone else… This was ridiculous like I get if you have other clients but at least if I have to wait make it pleasant have my feet soaking while you work on your other client so I’m not sitting in a pedi chair twiddling my thumbs… So I got up and left…

Do not waste your time here. I walked in on a Saturday at 5:40 (they close at 7) I asked for a GEL mani and pedi. The girl doing my nails said «do spa pedi and get free regular mani, much better». After consideration I decided to do it, she walked away to get some products and returned 20 MINUTES LATER!
The pedi gets done and we move onto my nails. Now as the time begins to get closer, the rest of the staff decides to start cleaning. My lady asked if I could pay «because nails wet and no mess up in your pocket». I paid with my card with no tip because I always leave it in cash. SHE ASKED ME IF I HAVE CASH! I politely said yes and took out a 20, THEN SHE ASKED WHAT CHANGE I NEEDED!!!
At this point you can only imagine my irritation. Now I’m drying my nails and its 6:50, the same lady walks over wraps my toes. I asked if my nails were dry she said «yes toes not hand». The at 7 on the dot these unprofessional jerks ask if I have a ride and showed me how to cup my fingers so I could get my jacket on. I was rushed and told them my nails were wet and that didn’t matter to them.

My boyfriend suggested me to go there and try it bc it looks like they have a good traffic of people coming through so I figured I would give it a try. I have now been going to this nail salon for the past 6 months and I travel to them from Rockland county to get my nails done. They are all amazing !! I am a mother and business owner so I know great customer service when I see it. Angel is so nice and gives me great suggestions on my next color ! The gel set looks natural and my natural nails are so strong now bc of getting gel ! The price is lower then any place I have been before & has never changed since. My nails last me 3 – 4 weeks and never break !! I make my appointment the day before bc I never know when I’m free bc of my busy schedule between work and my daughter and they always accommodate me at a good time. My boyfriend loves my nails and compliments me all the time ! The staff is great, the service is great, the place is clean ! I recommend them to my friends, family and even my clients when they compliment my nails !

This spot is great. Angela did my nails and they were perfect! The service is very nice. I personally, wouldn’t get waxed here since I go to European wax center but, for my nails– absolutely a great job!
Pedicure massage chairs are heaven! And they actually take their time and don’t rush your pedicure like other places. I really enjoy this place. The place looks very clean as well. Glad it’s so close to home :) thank you!

This place is terrible. I was recommended by my neighbor. Omg! 1^st off I had an appointment at 1:45. I understand it gets busy on a Friday. But they didn’t take me until an hour later. And parking is ridiculous. Meter of course. My pedicure was average. I did not see a sterilize machine anywhere!!! TB shot anyone??! Tools and stations looked dirty. (Gross!!!) and my mani was globed on. Massage was a slap on the back. (Not relaxing… Ouch!) and nail station to dry … Claustrophobic anyone?!! I’m going back to ace nails. Why risk it?!!

Jenny does the best acrylic nails! they last 3 – 4 weeks without lifting or cracking. BUT! this isnt the cleanest salon so make sure you see them sterilize everything before they work on you. I saw a woman get parafin on her feet (wrapped in plastic wrap) when the parafin was ready to come off, the OWNER picked up the used product and put it back in the melting pot… Another customer told me that they got a bikini wax and watched them use the same wooden stick over and over again (on her) so the stick touched her bikini area and they double dipped the stick. then did her eye brows with same
if she had any diseases its now floating in the pot that is also used on others people! GROSS! you’re supposed to use multiple sticks even on the same eye brow so u dont infect anyone else with your germs/bacteria…my old salon uses 3 sticks on my one brow (top, eye lid and center)
