Newer Style Limo Inc

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. This company does not own their own taxi vehicles, so I don’t know how they can even operate as a «car and limo» service.
I called 4 hours in advance to book a car service upon my arrival, and they tell me to book when I arrive in town and walk across the street to their office. Fine, so I did. I walked into a dingy, cigarette-​laden dungeon, and politely ask if I could book a taxi service to a said location for my meeting. They replied: «Stand across the street and wait for the taxi.» Fine, so I did. I slushed across the busy, two-​way traffic street and waited in the cold (it was 20 degrees that day) for said taxi.
15 to 20 minutes go by, and no car service arrives. I call and inquire about the status. The woman’s angry reply, «WE DON’T HAVE CARS AVAILABLE, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ONE.»
Now, any educated, service-​oriented individual would have explained to me the following:
1) This business does not own their own vehicles.
2) They ask you to stand across the street so you can flag your own taxi,
3) They never put in order for you, while leading you to believe that they had.
This stupidity caused me to be over 30 minutes late to my meeting.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST. USE ANY OF THE OTHER AVAILABLE CAR SERVICES OR TAKE THE 7 BUS INTO TOWN.

$ 22 fair… driver asks for $ 40! I call the office. They said the driver will drop the extra cash back…3 hours go by… I call again and they say they don’t have any record of the call… wow…

Wow that was bad. For 4 adults 1 toddler in a car seat, with luggage, they sent a suv that sits 4 comfortably. So my baby is in the middle Jerry rigged in over a folding arm rest and my mother in law is in a folding seat in the trunk with the 4 suitcases. Not safe I know but what can we do? It is late and we need to get home.
