Mid-​Ohio Suzuki-​Honda-​Yamaha-​Kawasaki was started in June 1973 by L. Russell Mishey, Juanita Mishey, and Kevin Mishey at the present Harcourt Road location. Originally a single line Suzuki dealership, Mid Ohio Suzuki-​Honda-​Yamaha-​Kawasaki now offers all four leading metric brands at one location. Kevin Mishey, owner and general manager oversees the daily operations and has a staff of 17 employees. Mid Ohio Suzuki-​Honda-​Yamaha-​Kawasaki is committed to dealing fairly and honestly with all customers and offering the finest after sale service and parts support.

I had a really poor experience with this place. In repairing a transmission issue the shop broke the tailpipe off. So I had to buy one of those. When the tailpipe was done they said I needed new brakes. So I approved that repair. Whoops, we broke something else when we replaced the brake pads. Another $ 400. When I went to pick the ATV up after borrowing a truck and trailer and driving 40 minutes they tell me I need a new battery but they don’t have one in stock. They just noticed that that morning and did not call to suggest a new battery. I packed the ATV up and left.
They did deduct $ 150 from the bill due to the fact that they broke the parts but over half of my $ 1100 Bill was due to parts they broke.
Feeling fleeced.
