John Piazza Jr Construction & Remodeling is owned and operated by John & Kim Piazza. Our strength is our team of personnel who have over 80 years of combined experience in the construction industry. We serve Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Snohomish and North King Counties. We are a general contracting company performing all aspects of residential and commercial construction, including new custom home construction, remodels, commercial & tenant improvements. Our experienced team will walk you through the building process from design to completion. We will work with you every step of the process to ensure your satisfaction. We also work with insurance companies to repair and restore residential and commercial buildings which have sustained damage.

John Piazza Jr is co-​owner of John Piazza Jr. Construction. John has been in the construction industry for 25 years. John began his construction career pushing a broom working for his dad at Piazza Construction. He worked his way up to running the company for 15 years until he and his wife opened John Piazza Jr Construction & Remodeling in 2011. John has performed all aspects of construction over his career. He has the unique ability to connect with clients and their design wishes.

John is an established member of the Skagit County community where he has grown up and volunteers his time to give back.
