Excel Driving School

We had a terrible experience with this school. They do not tell you up front how long it takes to actually complete the school (4months for our child) and they flat out refuse to communicate with you! Your child will be placed in a class that can be completed in just two weeks, then you spend the rest of the time waiting for them to contact you to schedule the 8 hours of driving that is required to get the certificate needed. What they don’t tell you up front is that they can take a very long time to do these 4 two hour driving sessions (we went one whole month without hearing from them at all) and they do not allow you to contact them to ask when the hours might be scheduled. If you leave messages or send emails they simply Ignore you. You are not able to go to the office without an appointment either to find out whats going on. My child had many practice hours in with us, got all A’s in class and we paid the full cost up front. I feel this school was dishonest, mistreated us and was just plain rude. I wouldn’t recommend them if their services were free! What a poor experience my teen had to go through during such an important part of growing up.
