History
Established in 1963.
Founded by John Anthony, a former electrician, Consolidated Appliance Services (CAS) has been a leading service partnership in the New York Metro Area. We have been successfully servicing the commercial food service equipment of flagship hotels, restaurants and facilities. Our commitment to the highest quality of technical knowledge and customer service allows us to satisfy our customers’ kitchen equipment needs with the highest standards of performance.
CAS was established in 1963 to provide parts and service for commercial cooking equipment to foodservice facilities. CAS quickly became the leading service provider for commercial cooking equipment to hotels in the Manhattan area due to the owner’s proficiency and ability to keep appliances up and running, alleviating critical downtime. Word spread via reputation that CAS provided quality and reliable repairs. To this day, we have the honor of retaining our first service contracts. Over time CAS expanded its services to refrigeration.
