History
Established in 2012.
Started in 2012 as a speciality bakery, focusing on French pastries and desserts. In July of 2014, we now are open more often and offering lunch. We are located in the renovated historic Littles Jewelry Store on West Main Street.

Business Owner
Started bakery with a love for pastries and French breads. Trained with Chef Jeffery Hammelmen at King Arthur baking center classes as well as French Culinary School courses in breakfast breads and pastries and artisan breads. I enjoy the art of laminated doughs and love sharing great food.
