I have been meaning to write this review for a while now and finally got to it. I have nothing but great comments about this company. They did such an amazing job and the final product came out great. Steve and Bea were both so friendly and very helpful. Steve was always quick with email responses! My husband and I were not going to get a videographer for our wedding as they are super expensive. Sureshot productions offers great affordable packages and you receive a great final product. I have looked at my wedding video at least 6 times and I just got married on July 4^th.
If your looking for great service and product for an affordable price Sureshot Productions is the best choice.

At first I was unsure about having a videographer but decided to check out some companies and prices before I made my final decision. I used Unilocal and found Sureshot with great reviews, when I checked their packages I was amazed that they had one that fit what I needed and a price that fit my tight budget. It is a husband and wife company (Steve & Bea), emailing was done through Steve. He was quick to respond and called a few weeks prior to the wedding to go over the details. I met his wife the day of the wedding, she has a great personality and very easy to work with. I could tell that even though I spoke with her husband leading up to the wedding, he was relaying the information to her. Both Steve & Bea did a great job capturing every moment and editing the footage into the video. I am so happy that I did get a videographer, the day went by so fast but they caught every moment so I could watch it and actually see everything that was going on.

I wanted to take some time to write a review on Sureshot Productions. They videotaped my daughter’s wedding at Mickey Finn’s Brewery in Libertyville on October 18, 2014. This review may be a little premature since we haven’t received our DVD yet, but this review is more on the professionalism and service provided by Bea
Bea was everywhere we needed her to be and yet she went almost unnoticed! She was like a ghost but took everything we wanted her take. She also helped (using her light) to help the matron of honor find my daughter’s bustle.
She reminded us to go outside for fireworks. I don’t even know how she knew we wanted those pictures and video… she must have seen them or just plain read our minds!
Thank you Bea for everything. Sureshot is highly recommended.
There rates are reasonable for service we received. Bea was early… she took video of guests arriving and of Mickey Finns of what it looked like before «the party» started. She was able to video the most fun part of the wedding ceremony. I can’t wait to see that video! We are going to YOUTUBE the bride’s entrance (no one has ever had a bridal entrance like this). Bea was right there to record it all. Thank you Bea!
Lastly, I can’t say enough about their communication. They always available via phone.

Sureshot Productions are the BEST. I looked for a month online for a quality and reasonably priced videographer in the Chicago area for my daughter’s wedding. I knew nothing about videography but I sure learned that good videography is a true art. Sureshot Productions impressed me because they are a husband and wife team that really takes the time to understand your needs and wants. Both Steve and Bea are so professional and patient. They are hard workers that really care about your video.
Bea was the videographer that did my daughter’s wedding and I fell in love with her and her professionalism instantly. Even our guests were so impressed.
Since the wedding was only last week, I do not have the video yet but I know it will be fabulous because this team goes beyond the call of duty. I will reflect on the video as soon as I receive it.

We have used Sure Shot to shoot the videos for our wedding and corporate bands. Steve has a great eye and has helped us capture the right moments for us highlight. The videos look great and the quick turn around was much appreciated. We will be back.

This review is long overdue, but my husband and I used Sureshot Productions for our wedding videographers last November when we lived in downtown Chicago and they were absolutely fantastic! Let me just list some of the things that made us love them:
1. The price we paid for 2 videographers for ~10 hours was unbeatable. Definitely the best value in the city!
2. Steve was always available to be reached by phone or e-​mail and met with us once before we decided to choose him and provided us with a DVD of another wedding that he did. He came into the city from the suburbs, which is a feat in itself, so we really appreciated that.
3. He and his wife Bea met with us a few weeks before the wedding, again in the city, to go over the perfect shots we wanted and what we really wanted our video to look like.
4. They were the perfect tag-​team: while we were out taking photos all around the city after the ceremony Steve came with us to capture that moment and Bea stayed behind to capture the cocktail hour and asked for interviews with the guests. All of this was later put in our video.
5. My husband and I ended up getting on channel 5 news while we were out taking our pictures, so we got the video from the news station and Steve was able to incorporate it into our video. This was awesome because some other videographers wouldn’t do that sine they weren’t the ones that shot it, but Steve understood how awesome this was and didn’t mind one bit.
6. Finally, he is still very patient with me today. He offered to give us all of the raw footage of our wedding if we provided him an external hard-​drive and he is being incredibly patient while I figure out how to get him the right sized one (the first few were too small — that’s how much footage they take!).
Overall, my husband and I were very happy with our choice of Sureshot Productions. I would highly recommend this pair for any weddings in or around the city!

I manage several major tribute bands including Californication and Without U2. When I need professional videos filmed, edited and optimized for the web, I always call Steve and Sureshot Productions. His rates are more than reasonable and turnaround time fast. The last project was creating a promo video for some national talent agencies which he turned around in one day (it was an emergency). Steve is laid back and his approach works well with musicians and bands.

I worked with Sureshots on a number of occasions, and they always did a great job at a decent price.

They were very easy to work with, they had very flexible packages and prices. The end product was exactly how they promised it would be. I would definitely use them again!
