Dorothy Ryan, a passionate marketer, pragmatic problem solver and seasoned creative director, started Studio d to serve the branding and communications needs of small business owners, entrepreneurs and marketing managers. With more than 20 years of hands-​on experience in every facet of marketing communications, Dorothy infuses the company with the studio d hallmarks: ideas with impact; precision execution; and an overarching respect for the client’s time, budget and company culture.

Dorothy works directly with business owners, entrepreneurs and marketing managers to attain a level of branding they may not have thought possible for small business. In a 2-​step process, the Studio d Communications Tune-​up, Dorothy assesses the state of the brand and company communications and then outlines a pragmatic, marketing-​focused action plan. The plan typically includes practical steps the client can take to make immediate improvements as well as recommendations for additional marketing materials and programs, prioritized to work with the company’s budget and available resources. Studio d provides a full range of creative services to partner with clients in implementing the plan.
