Found this salon on Unilocal and decided to try Renata for a Brazilian bikini wax and full Leg wax… I have been to others for this service and it was so painful and uncomfortable I really wasn’t looking forward to doing it again! I went because I was heading to DR and was in need. Renata gave me the most PAINLESS and comfortable wax I have EVER experienced!!! Not only was she fast, professional and super clean, but the hair did not grow back for 6 weeks! Renata explained that at other places if a high quality wax is not used the hair does not come out from the root making it grow back faster! I will never wax elsewhere again! I have since purchased a GC for my Mom who had a facial with Renata and also was beyond pleased! AMAZING PLACE!!!

I really do like going to this small salon. I just go for a cut/​blow dry. Been going to Megan for a few years and she is always pleasant and does her best. Lots of hair products to purchase, although rarely am I in need when I’m there. Owner seems nice as well. One thing… let me add the tip onto my total. Other than this, I like the place.

I really wanted to love this place, especially since it is just down the street from me. I have extremely thick, long hair, and I asked for a stylist who was experienced with that. The stylist was polite, but I felt like she wanted to get through the cut as quickly as possible; I was in and out in under 45 minutes, which for my hair is some kind of record. We discussed what I wanted and what would work with my hair, and somehow I ended up with the exact opposite. I also mentioned that I hated having hair in my eyes, so of course, I ended up with bangs that I had to hold out of my face to even pay at the reception desk. The stylist didn’t even show me the back of the cut with a mirror before walking me out, where I was charged $ 75. I wouldn’t have minded any of this if the cut had been good, but it wasn’t. There were uneven pieces cut straight across that didn’t blend in with the rest my hair, and the overall cut just doesn’t work with my hair texture. I was very disappointed, especially after reading the good reviews.

I found this place a couple months ago and I absolutely love it! I had an appointment with Nikki. And she is definitely a magician!:) My hair are long and need really good cut otherwise I need to put them in a pony tail. It’s been over two months and I still don’t have any troubles with styling my hair. So without doubt the cut was so professional. The staff was so nice too. The prices are really reasonable for this great service. I’m giving this place 5 stars.

I love Jack Alexander Salon & Spa. My stylist Diana is very knowledgeable on all the current trends for men’s hairstyles. Quality haircuts for a reasonable price.

Love, love, love this salon. It has a cozy and cute ambiance but I go there for all the amazing stylists! I trust no one to cut, highlight and style my hair but the professionals at Jack Alexander! Highly recommend! They know their stuff!

They were able to fit us in LAST minute for two bridal hair styles and two manicures. Magda did a fantastic job on my hair (the bride) and gave me a non-​traditional, non-​up ‘do. She also rocked my mom’s hair. Ingrid did our nails — she was a total sweetheart and gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. In addition, Jack walked around with coffee and treats. I highly recommend them and would definitely return!

Best WAX in town… This girl knows what she is doing… She is so fast and clean and you are done before u even have a chance to say «ouch»!! Ask for Renata… You won’t be sorry! Very clean salon/​spa!

I went to Jack Alexander Salon & Spa few day ago for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience all around! I got my Highlights done by Diana. She is an absolute sweetheart! She understood what I was hoping for and gave me the most amazing Highlights I’ve ever had. It was so awesome to have someone sit me down, listen to all my little ‘i would like this, but not this and maybe a little like this’ and to deliver just that! Not to mention the rest of the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Someone was always offering me refreshments or asking if i needed anything.
They also have a wide array of spa services and hair products that we look forward to using as soon as possible. Bravo Jack Alexander Salon & Spa!

I have been going to this salon since it opened earlier this year. I love all the stylists there and it is a clean, relaxed salon. I actually just took my entire bridal party (8 girls + myself) there on my wedding day and all the girls just loved the way their hair turned out. Also, I was impressed with how everyone dealt with a full salon on a time crunch.
I have been seeing Diana for years and she always knows exactly what I want to do with my hair. I go every couple months for highlights and I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed.
