I’ve never actually used this company but I’m writing this because of an incident while driving. A van with this company’s logo on it cut me off, so I honked my horn and switched lanes. The driver slowed the van and actually started throwing garbage and various beverages at my car. It was very intentional, as the driver was also sticking his body out of the window. Lots of swearing and some lewd gestures. This happened about a year ago, and I tried contacting them but was never called back. I then found them on Facebook and uploaded a few pictures I took of the vehicle and tagged them. I no longer have Facebook and have since deleted the pictures, otherwise I’d have posted them here as well. They may do a great job on heating and ac, but would you want creeps like this driving in your neighborhood or near your family?

Called back within minutes and was out to my house in 1 ½ hours. Awesome service on one of the coldest days of the year and on top of things I was sick! Josh was super nice and fixed my old furnance in about ½ hour. This summer we plan to replace the systems and I plan on having All American do the job!!! Josh was super pleasant and I’ve handed out All American’s number to a few friends in need of service!!! Keep up the good work! Good work is few and far between!!!

Very quick return phone call responses with accurate quick ETA’s. Same day service even if parts are needed. When our A/​C needed service in August, he had the part and the equipment available and was finished in under an hour. When our furnace needed service in the bitter below zero cold last week, they needed a part, but were back in 5 hours and had us up and running in 30 minutes and stayed around a while to check to make sure the house temps were rising. Josh and Jack are service-​oriented, pleasant and professional. We highly recommend this company!!!
