Business Owner

Summer Stokes, Owner of Wild Thyme Catering & Events, grew up in Lewisburg WV, and moved to Charleston in 2002 to pursue her culinary adventure and to attend Johnson and Wales University. Summer has gained her Culinary & Hospitality experience from The Greenbrier Resort in WV, 39 Rue De Jean, The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, Cru Catering, and Steel City Catering Company. She is dedicated to her clients, friends, and family to provide them with the very best cuisine, along with a level of service that is sure to surpass all expectations. In her free time, Summer enjoys entertaining, cooking, fishing, lazy beach days, trips to the mountains, and spending time with her dogs.
