When I called to have some HID headlights installed they told me they could do it. When I tried to make an appointment two days hence he told me to call late the next day to schedule it. I waited a few days and called back to schedule another appointment two days hence but they told me the same thing.
Apparently, they wanted to wait for the possibility of a more profitable job, at least I felt this way. I went elsewhere.

I went here to get an oil change, tire rotation, and have them fix my headlight. Oil change and rotation were very quick. Came back the next day to get my headlight fixed because I had to wait for the parts to be ordered. I ended up waiting a while because the guy delivering the parts was brand new — although that was not their fault. The whole time I was there and waiting the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Once the headlight arrived they finished it in no time. They have great customer service and do a quick job. I felt very welcome and appreciated the entire time. I will definitely be coming back here.

Update: thankfully, Tuffy reads their reviews. They called back today and offered me a free oil change! Yay, good customer service!

I arrived at 2:50 for a 3pm oil change appointment, and they did not put my car in until 4:52pm. I wasn’t even acknowledged until asking if I had a coupon. Then, it took them 10 minutes to tell me how expensive cleaning a wire around the battery was (answer = $ 10).
