I recently bought my daughter a pair of walking shoes here. They took their time, first watching her walk barefoot, carefully measuring, then patiently letting her try several pairs. The story didn’t end there, either. We bought a pair, she wore them home, and then flew home to LA with them. But they weren’t quite right. And when she went to an LA outlet of the store, they exchanged them and refitted her properly. Amazing service, pleasant and professional people.

Not sure what happened to the other reviewer, but the service I got was top notch. This coming from a guy that’s 6’2″ 250, def don’t look like a runner per se. They took time to watch me walk and run, to determine which style of shoe would be best and why. They don’t immediately try to sell you the top model of shoe like most places, they actually care about their customers. They also have a good selection of shoes and apparel, for men and women.
