History

Established in 2014.

Mount Pleasant Physical Therapy is part of the Clemson Sports Medicine Family of 31 Clinics in SC, NC & GA. Our sister clinics in the Charleston area are Sports Plus Physical Therapy, The Balance and Dizziness Centers of Charleston & West Ashley and Goose Creek Physical Therapy. The Clinic Director is long-​time Mount Pleasant resident, Kim Durst. Kim was the director the Sports Plus Physical Therapy Clinic for almost 15 years and is proud to offer her expertise to residents of Mount Pleasant.
