Our experience and dedication to excellence will leave you feeling confident putting your wedding, corporate event, birthday or bachelorette party in our hands. On vacation? Let us come to you, we often cook for vacationers who want to enjoy their time off and leave the cooking, service and clean up to professionals. You may chose the menu or work with us to design a menu to suit your needs. Let us know what you enjoy and we will work to create a menu to fit your palate. Please see our sample menus on the sample menu page. We will come out to your location from Isle of Palms to Kiawah Island. Indigenius cuisine serves all of Charleston and surrounding areas.

Chef Arlette O’Rourke is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston with a focus in Sports and Nutrition as well as Baking and Pastry. «My interest and background in nutrition allows me to apply current knowledge and up to date trends for any special dietary requirements you or your family may need.» We pride ourselves on providing our clients with not only food that is delicious and beautiful but also meets the standards of your particular culinary desires. Arlette has worked at several award winning restaurants and hotels including, Chops Lobster Bar working with Award winning Executive Chef Holger Struitt, and Chef Jason Morales at the 5 star 5 Diamond awarded Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach.
