This is the WORST dunkin donuts I have ever been to. They are always out of donuts and when I do order donuts they are stale. Their workers are incompetent and it takes about 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Never coming back here again and disappointed that I gave it so many shots.

I’ve been to this DD a few times and honestly, have never had a good experience. Another time I visited, they were out of a lot of items(including most donuts), but today was the worst service I experienced and I won’t be back. I had a reward on my app for the«Stingrays Win, You Win» promotion which gets you a free cup of coffee the day after each Stingrays win. While in the line ordering my coffee, when the worker saw my phone, somehow the reward disappeared and would not come back up to redeem or scan a barcode. The worker got the manager over, I showed them and told them it disappeared, and they told me they won’t honor any rewards without the barcode. No apology, no nothing. After the service, I clearly wasn’t going to purchase coffee or make any purchase there, so I just walked out. Much better coffee options in this area, and I won’t support a Dunkin with bad service.

This is for the coffee only. I love that they put the cream and sugar in for you and you don’t have to fuss with it at the coffe station of doom. There is a time for the fluffy coffees, but when you want the real deal I feel best at the DD.

As a Boston native, Dunkin’ Donuts is part of my heritage. They pretty much teach you Dunks101 in high school up north. I don’t expect Dunkin’s to be anything they’re not. I don’t come here looking for an Americano or mocha latte. They do simple coffee and delicious donuts. My gripe at this location has nothing to do with the quality of the product and everything to do with quality of the service. Here and there I can get in and out unscathed, but more often than not, I get rude workers who, in one particular situation, conducted our entire transaction from start to finish with her back turned towards me… appalling. My only reason for coming here is proximity alone.

I bypassed the drive-through and came in because I wanted an assortment of donuts, and that’s just not nice to do through the drive-through. I will honestly say that since moving down here, this is the best DD I’ve been to. I’m comparing it to the ones in West Ashley, so take that as you will. The manager was very friendly and had a good sense of humor, which you need when you’re working in the service industry. Donuts were all fresh and the iced coffee was made just how I like it. If only this wasn’t 30 minutes from my house in the wrong direction :-)

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts was so rude. We ordered bagels with butter and got cream cheese. When we went in to exchange them the manager insisted that we did not order them with butter but actually cream cheese. The bagels were for my children. I think I know what my children like and don’t like. He actually got loud and threatened to call 911 on us. This was over CREAMCHEESE. If you want to be completely disrespected, by all means head there. I WILL be calling corporate.

Horrible place to try to go in the mornings. They can’t hear you on the speaker for the drive through. You have to repeat yourself multiple times. And then they take so long you’re late to work. Don’t go here!

DD is hitting the market hard with its ever expanding breakfast sandwiches and flatbread lunch items. This is the second year they are partnering with one of my faves(and a sister brand) — Baskin Robbins — to offer ice coffee in three of BR’s most popular flavors … Cookie Dough, Jamoca Almond Fudge and Butter Pecan. Each is flavor intense … and the ice cubes hold up. I frequent this DD location as it has a drive-up window. This means I never have to get out of my car(and get my hair wet). They have a great loyalty program that allows me to build points and earn rewards, e.g., free beverages at a rapid pace. Also, happy hour kicks in every day at 3PM and all those yummy iced beverages are 99 cents! If you’re a fan of anything pumpkin, DD will have it ready for you.

Service is incompetent. Asked if I could get some decaf coffee(whole bean) ground for me and it was as if I was speaking a foreign language. «No, you have to do that at home» was the reply. I don’t know anyone with a coffee grinder at home. Then I ordered toasted 2 bagels with the emphasis on toasted. I get home and have 2 untoasted bagels with about a teaspoon of cream cheese on each. Literally, there was zero cream cheese on ½. The owners of this store need to wake up before their employees run them out of business.

This Dunkin Donuts location in Mt Pleasant off Coleman Blvd is MUCH better than the other across town off Highway 17. They seem to always be fully stocked with food and drinks and move people through the drive thru at a much faster pace. It’s the closest Dunkin Donuts on this side of Charleston to anything we had in New England as far as speed and consistency of their products.

All I can say is that I am very disappointed. It was 7:00AM and the parking lot was pretty empty(3 or 4 cars). No one was in line at the drive-thru, so I decided to. I ordered a coffee with extra cream only at the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window, I found the staff laughing and goofing around(fun at work is one thing, but this was far above and beyond that). I was barely acknowledged at the window as the young lady was still goofing with her co-workers. When i got to work and tasted my coffee, I found that they had put sugar in it… it was like drinking syrup. So, after about half of an extra large coffee, I had the throw the rest out. A mistake is one thing, but being careless because you are goofing off with your co-workers is unacceptable. It is no wonder their lot was empty if this is the customer service they have been providing lately.
