Sell your house
Price and condition are two of the most important factors home buyers consider when selecting their next house. They are also the two factors homeowners have the most control over in preparing to list their house for sale.
We can help you evaluate what price will most likely attract attention from buyers by preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This is a complimentary report showing the latest and most relevant «comps» for your neighborhood. Part of the process of evaluating what price to set is to make an honest appraisal of the condition of your home.
Interior Design — Professional Photography
Our team focuses on presentation and getting your house ready to sell. Having shown thousands of properties to buyers over the years, we know what they are looking for and what homeowner’s can do to inspire the right buyer to say, «this is the one». Beyond the obvious such as the roof, siding, windows, and doors, we look at dozens of other elements such as lighting, finishes, color schemes, floor plans, furnishings, landscaping, appliances and flooring.
After conducting a thorough walk-through, we will provide a set of recommendations on repairs that should be made and design elements that will give your home the edge it needs to attract buyers. If you need help, we can bring in the right professionals for the job.
