Ted & Carl Catering

My organization used this caterer for a large luncheon of several hundred people. I usually skip this part of an event because I don’t find anything plant-​based — but I snuck a look and was pleasantly surprised this time. The roasted veggies were delicious, without butter on them, And the quinoa loaf side dish (probably the first time quinoa darkened the doorway of this building) was tasty with veggies and no animal-​based stock. The salad dressing wasn’t ranch or cheesy Italian but a nice light raspberry vinaigrette, and the lettuce was good dark mesclun.
Of course, there was some kind of chicken dish and another with cheese, sauce, and noodles, but wow, enough for the vegans to make a full meal. Thanks Ted and Carl, whoever you are. Your serving staff is very nice too.
