I have had many pedicures here, with or without a reservation, and have always had an awesome experience. All technicians are professional and great at what they do! Love this place!!! Highly recommend

This place has really gone downhill. I came in for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon and they had me in and out the chair in 15 minutes. They didn’t do any trimming of the cuticles around the nails and painted very quickly and sloppily. They don’t even use real toe separators, just folded paper towels that didn’t get the job done. I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Went here a few times for acrylic nails and they fell off within one week each time.(Went back just assuming it was my virgin nail bed rejecting them until I went elsewhere and never had an issue). Continued to come just for eye brow waxing since they always did the best job. Went today and have my eye brows beginning in the middle of my eye and one is arched at the beginning. Totally uneven! NEVER going back. Obviously can’t do any services correctly.

As a runner with foot issues I come to this place every once in a while to get a pedicure and in particular the callus removal pedicure. It seems like now they take appointments but then try to crowbar walkins in between. Went there today to get a callous removal pedicure they had me walk over take off the shoes and socks, put my feet in the water and then tell me they don’t have the time to do the callus removal option. I didn’t tell her that’s the reason why I came here today. She tells me she can do it and proceeds to blow through callus«removal» in five minutes practically making my foot raw. It was a joke. That’s the last time spend my money there.
