SciFly is a pretty nice store with a wide variety of glass from EXPENSIVE to very very cheap. The store is small but they fill it with nice pieces. They don’t get a «5» because some of their scientific glass is overpriced. But overall, very nice store with extremely friendly employees.

Awesome little store! The owners are very nice. They have a great selection of stuff in all price ranges and their inventory is constantly changing. Mostly American Made glass, a lot of it is locally blown. They have some bigger brand names too like Silika and Roor. From what the owners told me, they just opened up another store in South Jersey.

Went in with my girlfriend on a rainy day just to kill time. Walked in and one of the guys was playing xbox and the other was on his laptop. There was an open beer bottle on the table and baby equipment in a corner. The pieces there were pretty nice but the place was really small. The one guy went behind the counter and put his mouth on one of the water pipes. Seriously? And they dropped the«F» discussing a college game. No big deal but still no way to run a business. Will never go back

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! I bought a vape pen, went home used it 1 time and it was defective. I bring it back and the guy tells me not his problem and that I was beat for $ 100. I couldnt believe it, the worst customer service i ever seen. The owner is some steroid freak black who doesnt a give a shit after the sale. Stick to other smoke shops or the internet, these guys arent worth the look

The atmosphere is very informal and laid back, there is a lounge area where the staff watches TV and plays video games and for the most part it is very relaxed, a bit unprofessional but I guess that is to be expected at what is essentially a low end head shop. They have a decent selection of relatively new pieces and will work with you on some of the prices plius their hours are decent also. The inventory seems to be in a constant state of flux and lacks consistency, particularly their selection of Vape pens and oils. During the selling process they seemed very knowledgeable about their products and provided me with information that was instrumental in my decision making process, which would have been great if in fact that information was completely accurate. I was told that the Vape pens, which they pitched as the best thing since sliced bread, had a lifetime warranty and that if I had any issues I could return there and they would replace the entire pen if necessary. Of course when I had my first few problems with device, not even hours or days after purchasing, their enthusiastic customer service turned into more of a, «well I guess your beat» attitude. I purchased a Tsunami G-Glass Vape pen with 6 – 7 oil flavors to try out. I was assured that the product was top shelf. The first problem I had was with Vapor from the pen leaking into the chamber and contaminating the oil causing an undesirable taste and eventual loss of product because most of it had to be dumped. Upon examining the pen I realized that a thread and seal on the mouth piece was defective. When I returned to the store to get a new device or part for it, I was basically told that while they had the replacement in stock, that was the one things that the warranty does not cover, that they did not mention to me, yet they had heard of that problem before but never thought to mention it to me. Next attempt at getting my product issues resolved I was told that the vape pen would be covered for that defect but now they were out of stock on a part and I had to wait. I asked them if they could contact me when it came in and they basically said they didn’t want to. I guess I could understand if they were super busy all the time, but every time I go in there, there is usually at least three workers and at least one of them is sitting down and watching a football game or playing XBOX. Their recommendation to me was to call the Vape pen company and take it up with them. If that wasnt crappy enough, I purchased some spearmint flavored oil from them and it just about completely rendered my Vape Pen useless. It actually coagulated inside the chamber and left a chapstick looking residue inside. When I called to ask them about it, I basically got the same«Zero Craps Given» response. The guy said that some of the oils have been known to do that because they are incompatible with the device and I prob shouldn’t use that oil in that pen again. He said he didn’t really use the product so he wasn’t sure which ones and why. SO to try and make this whole long story short I give this place a 2 star rating for the following reasons. 1. it is a small business trying to get by and I have a soft spot for the little guy. 2. for the most part they are friendly and knowledgeable, just a bit ignorant about some of their products. 3. I was very turned off by the fact that just about everything they told me about the Vape Pen was false and when I went back to get help, their attitudes seemed very smug and«as a matter of fact» 4 Unprofessional atmosphere even for a head shop 5 lazy(refusing to go the extra mile for the customer) cmon, is it really that hard to put the xbox controller down for a min and call a customer who has spend hundred s at your store and is having an issue? Advice: feel free to shop there but you better be sure about what you want to buy, because once you make the purchase you are SOL if you have a problem!
