Reqz was founded by Matt Zepp and Kevin Zepp in 2015 to help fill gaps in the IT industry. As the IT industry grows rapidly, the demand for quality software developers and other IT professionals increases. Reqz was built to allow it’s clients and employees help grow with the company.

Business Owner

Matt was born and raised in New Jersey. He graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a strong background in software development. While in the healthcare staffing industry for several years, he helped to improve operations and drive efficiency. Matt brings his knowledge in software and staffing operations to provide the most cost effective and efficient IT staffing and consulting services for it’s clients.
