AtlantiCare Urgent Care, Mt. Laurel

Okay people, let me just start by saying my experience at the Atlanticare Urgent care In Mt. Laurel was simply amazing! Litterally every single person there was so kind and so helpful. I am 22 years old and have a 3 almost 4 month old baby and I’ve been sick with Recently diagnosed bronchitis for the past 7 days. You can imagine how physically and mentally exhausted I was. When my mom and I went in everything was so clean and inviting. Now, being that my husband and I own a company of our own, The Vancour Group LLC. (Landscape and lawn care) my family and I are BIG on good customer service. So we expect to be treated kindly and professionally. The two girls behind the desk went above and beyond that. They talked with me, sympathized with me, made me feel a little less miserable then I really was! And the sign in process was a breeze! The nurse who called me back to my room did the same. She even took time to listen to my elongated answers to her simple medical questions. I always tend to give to much info to the poor nurses who aren’t the doctors that I really should be blabbing too lol but she was so patient and genuine! Everyone was SO genuine. That is probably why I am taking the time to rave about this company and the people who work there because unfortunately you just don’t see people who truly care that often. Last but not least the doctor was so nice and was so knowledgeable! She knew exactly what was wrong with me and got me what I needed so fast! Here is the kicker, I got all this great treatment and it was late like 9 – 10:00 at night! I don’t know about you but I have noticed when people have to work that late They don’t tend to be as enthusiastic about having to work. To wrap up this review I give a double thumbs up and a sincere thank you to you all at Atlanticare Urgent care! Thanks guys!

This couldn’t have been any easier! Very friendly and efficient staff, the doctor was great, in and out in no time, very clean updated office. What more could you ask for?

The first time I went there I had a great experience and they even called me to check in. The second time, there was no call. When I called back to tell them I was still experiencing the same symptoms weeks later and asked for a new prescription to be called in for me, the 3 people I spoke to on the phone were rude and condescending. The doctor who I saw got on the phone and told me to relax and then said to call my general physician. I guess they’re doing so well now they can turn patients away. Never again!

thought I was getting a uti Friday night and did not want to wait for Monday and for the infection to get worse — went to atlanticare mt. laurel and the front desk was friendly — the doctors took good care of me and the place was immaculate including the bathroom — I even went home with meds in hand and a phone number to call if I had questions on the medicine!

I was very much in need of medical care when I went to AtlantiCare. I was seen almost immediately (which I desperately needed!) and was provided with the medications and help that I needed very quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was being taken care of. The doctor even followed up a day or two later to check in on me. I will definitely go here again. The facilities are also clean and new looking.

This place is great!

It’s right down the street from my house and since my regular doctor retired this place is so convenient.
The staff is always friendly they have complimentary coffee, tea and water while you wait.
I haven’t had a bad visit when I went here. They can check if you have strep throat in within the facility. For someone like me who easily gets sick this place is perfect.
The copay tho is higher then going to your regular doctor.

I came here recently when I had a uti. Staff was pleasant. Facility including the bathroom, waiting room and exam room were all clean. They have a lab on premises so they were able to diagnose me on the spot. I was in and out in about a half hour. Copay was only $ 20. Quicker and easier than seeing my gyno for a uti.

The walk-​in clinic I grew up with involved more personable and much more comforting and caring medical professionals. The front desk is more than decent, and the medical assistants excel most of those you will find at your routine doctor office, but the physicians on rotation just are not very good professionals.

Quick, clean and professional. I have been here a few times for myself, husband and kids and have had a great visit each time.

Let’s just say I was very disappointed after a recent (and 4^th) visit to this facility. My wife and I have taken our oldest here for last-​minute ear infection issues and they were always great here. However, I recently took my 17-​month old there on a Saturday for what we suspected was another ear infection. Not knowing what time they closed, but assuming they’d be open at least until 8 PM, I ran him over for a quick check in hopes it was an ear infection and we’d be able to get a dose of antibiotics in him that evening. I arrived the door at 8:05 with a hysterical 17-​month old, and the door was locked. There were still Mt. Laurel Urgent Care employees inside the door so I knocked to see if they could do a quick ear check since the little guy was in so much pain. They ended up turning me away and stating that «it’s against company policy to see anyone after 8 PM». I don’t know how they slept that night knowing that they turned away a father with a toddler in extreme pain 5 minutes after closing. It was a crime. No other local urgent cares were open, so I had to resort to sitting in the emergency room for 3 hours just to get an antibiotic. Thanks Mt. Laurel Urgent Care for your bed-​side manners (lack thereoff) and unbelievably disappointing customer service. Maybe I’m being extra critical because this was my child, but they need to enable their employees to make a minor exception when a crying toddler is at the door with extreme ear pain. Isn’t that the point of Urgent Care?

Very nice facility in an easy access location! Their waiting area is fully stocked with coffee and bottled water, and there is an entire separate section for the kids to play. I stopped in around 2:00 on a Tuesday and was greeted by a very friendly girl behind the desk. She was quick and efficient with instructions and paperwork and I waited less than 10 minutes. There was also a guy behind the desk who wasn’t assisting me but was clearly very patient and helpful with the person he was tending to.
The medical assistant and the doctor (who is a DO which I was happy to see) were both very nice. The nurse was the only part of the experience who wasn’t all smiles. She came into the room and stated something rather curtly regarding my purpose for visiting without even saying hello or introducing herself. When she was done she left the room, door open, without any instructions on what I was to do… soo should I stay or should I go now? Fortunately I had gotten what I needed and wasn’t there for anything urgent, so after waiting a minute I just took my paperwork and left.
Overall it was a pleasant visit and I would gladly go back again. Definitely recommend!

Today we had to make another trip to MLUC because they are better than waiting another day for the hope of getting our family physician to «squeeze us in» tomorrow morning. Sure enough, my other half had an infection in his lower digestive system and the doctor at MLUC was fantastic and prescribed antibiotics and a pain killer for «men problems» with the prostrate (I’ll save the details…). The staff are fabulous and the layout of the waiting room is wonderful. There is a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K-​cups for guests (and the staff, bless them), as well as a stocked fridge with bottled water.
If you live in the Mt. Laurel area, this is the place to go when you can’t go to your regular doctor (avoid the ER) — open daily 10 – 8! Oh, and I do not work for them, but have been there almost as many times as a parent with young kids! Almost…

This place was fantastic. I had an semi-​emergency and on memorial day weekend, my regular doctor’s office was closed from Friday through Monday. So I went here. The place is really clean. Very courteous receptionist. Using their online booking we had zero wait. And the doctors were efficient and professional. I definitely plan on going here if we have any future emergencies.

What to say? I was travelling and had a medical issue (minor but alarming). I called the labyrinthine Blue Cross «Out of State» referral line to get help. After 30 minutes on hold, a confused operator gave me three places near where I was: one phone number had been disconnected, the other was 15 miles away, and then this Urgent Care facility.
Let’s go blow-​by-​blow on how awesome they are:
-«Line» was short — one person ahead of me (never seen that before)
–Front desk staff was efficient
–One form (!) to fill out, and not reams and reams of paper
–Called into the doc within 10 minutes
–Diagnosed in another 3 minutes
–Gave me bandages and tape for issue, as well as a script to fill
–Doctor had AWESOME bedside manner (totally allayed my concerns and looked at the situation from my point of view)
–Here’s the kicker: called me the NEXT DAY to make sure I didn’t have any questions from the visit («if you have any questions, please call us back at xx, if not, don’t worry about calling back and have a nice day») — who does that?
If you need help in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area, I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. The least painful and smoothest health care experience I’ve ever had.
