hahahaha I laugh how people talk about kisco express service I had been using for years this company and is the best in town! not other company like kisco express they are fast responsible and friendly!

I had called for a cab at 7:43 am. The dispatcher said it would be a 5 – 7 minute wait. I didn’t care about the wait since it –4 degrees outside. 10 minutes go by, no problem I get that they are probably busy, 15 minutes go by and I call back. Dispatcher says they are on the way. 20 minutes now waiting I decide to walk. Not to mention I’m already recovering from a cold. Thank you KES for not showing up. I’ll make sure to tell everyone not to call you guys.

Called on a snowy day to arrange a pick up and was told that they would not send a car because they «remembered my voice» and said that I had scheduled pick-​ups (multiple) in the past and was a no-​show. Impossible. I live in Manhattan and am only up here for the week to house sit.
