I just bought a house and needed the locks changed. Ed from Bedford Lock and Key came out within 2 hours of calling him.
He’s very friendly, professional, and did his magic within minutes. Also, he explained how to use my door lock, sounds crazy but it’s a fancy mortise set that I had no clue about.
He’s a little less than the competition which is always a plus!
