Priority Pest

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. When we purchased a new home, we contacted several companies to come out and give us a quote to handle our termite contract and regular pest control. Not only was this company the most affordable, they were also the friendlist and most professional. We feel like we’re getting quality service for a better rate than the other companies could offer. We’ve had them at our home several times now, and we even had them make an «in between» visit to deal with some wasps and carpenter bees that the first treatment didn’t quite knock out. We’ve been impressed with the incredibly noticeable change in the number of bugs, spiders, mosquitos, etc. We highly recommend them. To the one star review on here, I would just suggest that getting a quote from Priority Pest is free — there is no charge for them to come out and give you a quote to provide services, but you do of course have to pay for their services if you choose to use them.

These guys are champs. They are super friendly, they have been a pleasure to work with, and we immediately see results every time they are out here. We have a quarterly general pest contract, a termite contract, and a monthly mosquito contract with them. The mosquito contract is great! It feels like a completely different yard when they’re done. It can get pretty bad with our house backing up to a wooded area, so these treatments are a must. Well worth it, and I must say, they are the most competitively priced pest business in the area. No complaints at all!

I needed a termite inspection for closing on a house. The people are very polite and friendly. When I called for a price quote they told me it was free. I decided to use their services. I informed them it was for the purchase of home. A month later I get a bill for 50.00. When I called, they then inform me they charge for a closing letter and this charge is $ 50. Had I known this up front I would have had a couple more quotes. Beware when looking for this service!
