History

Established in 1994.

Dr. Jon Franklin is a native of Wilson county and a cum laude graduate of Cumberland University (Class of 1989) and the Southern College of Optometry (Class of 1993). Dr. Franklin has practiced optometry in Mount Juliet since graduation from SCO in 1993. He opened Franklin Family Eye Care in 1994.

Nicole Becerril Meador is a ’96 graduate of MJHS. She attended Cumberland University 1996 – 99. In May of 1995 she joined the Franklin Family Eye Care Staff. Nicole serves Franklin Family Eye Care as an Ophthalmic Technician and closely works with all our contact lens reps as well as ordering lenses for our patients.
