RGM Watch

When RGM says, «America’s Première Watchmaker» they’re almost shortchanging themselves. Indeed, RGM is one of the great watch companies in the world, not just the US. In the US, they are, at least at this point, the only serious watchmaker and the best. Expand that scope that you see a company that produces amazing timepieces that compete with the very best from anywhere else on the planet.
Their watches are not cheap. They’re not supposed to be. They have, singularly, tried and succeeded in bringing top shelf watchmaking back the to US. And for those less informed horologically speaking, there are numerous companies that «produce» watches in the US. All or most of them though buy parts from Europe or Asia and assemble there. RGM actually makes watches here in the US. Cases, movements, dials. Their hand applied guilloche work is legendary. The deft way they combine both traditional American design principles and contemporary ideas is nothing short of astonishing. And they continue to innovate and expand their line of American made watches. They current have three US movements made here in Lancaster County.
Their custom work is also well known. They create one of a kind timepieces for clients to the customers specifications using their knowledge and skill.
RGM also offers what I would consider to be the best repair and restoration services in the US. Again, not cheap. If you want cheap, you won’t find it here but what you will find is something that is a Lancaster County tradition going back for decades, value. For every dollar you spend you will be rewarded with work that is some of the best available, anywhere.
