Poor customer service. Tried to speak with a gentleman on the phone in regards to a tub I was looking to purchase. When I asked him if he carried a particular type he said he needed more information. Asked him to educate me so I could give him the information he needed and he just said he needed to know a lot. That was the only thing he said to me.

I’ve been to the big box hdwe. stores and guessed at what I needed. Often wrong. Go to these guys, and you’re problem will be solved in one trip, no returns to the store.

Good old fashioned plumbing hardware store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good quality plumbing hardware and tools.
Mainly for plumbing professionals, they welcome residential and home handyman customers as well.

May be a little hard to find but well worth it. At first I wasn’t sure about going in because I thought it may be just for plumbers and quickly found out they welcome any plumbing customer. Old place with great old time service from knowledgeable salesmen. These guys helped me several time with my strange plumbing situations by providing easy solutions. Need a unique part for older homes or business? Jock & Meldrum will have it. This is where I go now for ALL my plumbing parts and I stay away from the big box stores
