Established in 1980.

We were founded in 1980 by Gustav Muehlenhaupt, who has been in the business since he was fifteen years old. Since its founding Fairplay Construction has gained expertise in a wide variety of construction from commercial to residential including re-​modeling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and window installations.

Business Owner

Gus, was born in Michigan to a humorous and spirited family. He moved to California, Fairplay when he was twenty and soon after married his gorgeous wife, Linda. While starting his business he was blessed with two children, his smart and witty son, Gustav, and his beautiful and bright daughter, Erika.
