All around great customer service at the Mt. Airy location. Both Peggy and the GM Ryan care about their customers and it shows. I live closer to another TSC but drive here because I prefer to give this store my business.

After several visits, a debatable 3-​stars. Most of the employees have NO idea what they are talking about. Maybe I was expecting too much, but generally I have to find everything on my own and can’t ask any questions or I end up more lost. «Can you tell me where the chicken bedding is?» should not be an overcomplicated question for the person standing at «Customer Service.»

This rating pertains to the feed manager. I have bought rabbit feed from this store for over 10 years and never had a problem when Marty was the feed manager. I have been struggling for MONTHS trying to get Manna Pro Sho rabbit feed and they only have it about 25% of the time. I tried EVERYTHING and was finally told my feed would be available from now on. Well I went today and big surprise. .no feed! They just lost a 10+ year customer, but I’m quite sure they could care less!
