Friendly Heating & Cooling provides 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service for all of your heating and cooling needs. We service all major brands of heat pumps, air conditioners, oil furnaces, gas furnaces and boilers units. We install all types of HVAC equipment and duct work. Licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia, we strive to meet each customers needs, budgets, and satisfaction. This includes free estimates on all new installations and change outs.

History

Established in 1986.

Friendly Heating & Cooling, Inc. was started 1986 by Mike Hensley and Tina Mooney. Mr. Hensley eventually became the sole owner of the company and operated it for the past 26 years. In January 2011 Friendly Heating & Cooling was purchased by Jason Bare, a 14 year employee of the company. We have been serving the people of Mt. Airy and surrounding areas with quality and comfort for the past 26 years and will continue to do so. We thrive to provide the greatest customer and equipment service in the business.
