We live in a very upscale neighborhood in metro Atlanta. Our HOA requires that we maintain the Pinestraw on our property due to other issues we hadn’t thought about it until we received a notice from our HOA. We called Clarks and explained the urgency of our situation… On a Friday… At 9 pm. Even though they usually don’t work on weekends they were here bright and early the next day(Saturday). Of course like most people I had heard the rumors that«Pinestraw people will rip you off». I made a comment about it(in a nice way) and they suggested that I stay out and count the bales. Because I have young kids I was unable to. Imagine my surprise when they were finished and had 136 strings laid out for me to count! The crew was very professional and the straw was beautiful. It was long-needle and they only charged $ 5.00/bale. Oh! They were finished in LESS than an hour! I have recommended Clarks to all my neighbors and we’ve been using them for the past 3 years! Hands down the best customer service in the landscape business that I have encountered!

We were warned about pine straw businesses– be sure to count the bales. And we had some severe counting issues with Clark’s Pine Straw. There was no push back when we addressed the counting discrepancy, which further confirmed our suspicions. We will not be using them again. I only wish there were more reviews for pine straw businesses as it has been hard to find any that are reviewed, let alone ones highly reviewed.
