Colquitt Regional is conveniently located near the intersection of South Main Street and U.S. 319 on the southeast side of Moultrie where it is easily accessible from all directions. The hospital is served by over than 50 physicians who practice in 20 specialties, including oncology, cardiology and gastroenterology.

Over the years, Colquitt Regional has been recognized for its high level of patient satisfaction and was cited in 2009 ranking in the top 15 percent of hospitals nationwide for overall patient satisfaction. Colquitt Regional, which was awarded the 2008 Georgia Hospital Association Leadership Award for its role in improving the overall healthcare of the community, was reaccredited in 2009 by the Joint Commission.
