Business Owner

Don has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry serving in a wide variety of roles including underwriting, claims, corporate risk management, product development, and regulatory compliance. Prior to forming Ledgestone Insurance Group in 2008, he was employed by Risk Management Solutions, Inc. and led the development and growth of the Personal Lines & Commercial Broker market segments. This role involved establishing, expanding and managing key insurance relationships with many Fortune 500 accounts. His strong qualifications and keen insights helped guide clients use of technologies used to support effective underwriting, accumulation and portfolio risk management strategies.

As President of Ledgestone Insurance Group, Don formulates agency policies and procedures, manages key client relationships, controls insurance market and vendor relationships, and provides strategic direction to a growth oriented company.
