Are you passionate about music? We are proud to provide quality piano and violin instruction to students of all ages and skill sets looking to begin or return to music. We offer a free initial consultation + a trial lesson with no monthly commitment. We offer single or monthly lessons for 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. For your convenience we are just minutes away from Morton-Rutledge Station.
As professional musicians, we also enjoy providing live music for Weddings, banquets, and other events.

We have experience in performing live music and teaching all levels and ages at various institutions. We opened our home studio in 2011 to teach lessons locally to those passionate about music. Whether you are new or experienced in piano or violin, we are confident in instructing you to meet your highest achievement in music.

Business Owner
Akira Ikegami holds a bachelor of music and master of music in piano performance and piano pedagogy (study of teaching) from Temple University Boyer College of Music and Dance. At Boyer, Ikegami has studied with Dr. Charles Abramovic and Professor Alexander Fiorillo. His other teachers include Mr. Timothy LeVan in Williamsport, PA, and Ms. Noriko Kamimura, with whom he took his first piano lesson and studied until he left Japan.
Currently as a piano faculty member at Settlement Music School and a private studio teacher, Ikegami teaches students ranging from young children to senior citizens in both individual and group settings.
As a pianist, Ikegami won the 1st place in the 20th Annual Young Artists’ Competition in Willliamsport, PA, while he was going to a local high school as an exchange student. He performed Beethoven’s Concerto No.1 with the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra in the Spring Concert. In 2009, he was selected to participate in Chautauqua Music Festival
