Biggest disappointment ever/​no show!
Hired this company for a move today, time frame given was from 12−3pm. I get a phone call from an unknown number at 12pm, thinking it would be the movers, but didn’t get a chance to answer because it only rang twice. I called right back… no answer. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. Finally, I get a phone call from that same number at 3pm. So, their story is… Movers showed up and rang the doorbell (lie…there is no doorbell), took a picture of the outside to show proof of their presence. «Called» me repeatedly but I never answered so they left. Yet I have no missed calls! I can’t even express how upset I was and still am for being lied to. For wasting my time in hiring this company for nothing. To expect a service that is obviously going to be paid for and not see it come thru. To make this long story short the dispatcher just said, «I am not going to waste my time with you, nobody will be showing up today. You either want your deposit back or we’ll show up tomorrow.» Wow, Thanks! Great way to treat a customer!

Top Class moving was great — Vince was able to get our move in very last minute, and even made no big deal about the fact that our move had two stops. I was amazed at how fast the guys moved in and out of the house and into the apartment, I felt like everything was quickly disappearing and it was great! Seeing as we moved into a 2^nd floor unit it was a blessing to have these hard working guys! Also it was wonderful that they took Visa because not a lot of companies I was finding at the last minute did.

Get the picture? This Top Class Moving is at the top of the SHIT PILE! I scheduled them for 12:00 pm and them mother suckers showed up at FRICKING 3:00 pm!!! I SPECIFICALLY told them A WHOLE MONTH BEFORE THAT I had to be DONE by FOUR PM and reserved them a g-​dayum month in advance. (Sorry about the language, I am just sooooo DAMN MAD! If I could give them a NEGATIVE 25 STARS, I would!)
Long story short: I live in/​moved to a condo where the moves have to be scheduled and completed within a certain time frame. Mine was 12 — 4pm. NO if, ands, or buts about it. I TOLD THESE JERKS THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN! So, on the day of the move, I’m calling and calling and calling and somebody named Joanna keeps saying they are 15 minutes away. YEAH RIGHT! These two trashy thugs sauntered their asses up to my door up at 3:00 pm and I told them plain and simple to GET THE F**K OFF MY PROPERTY… LITERALLY…AND SLAMMED THE DAMN DOOR BEHIND THEM!
AND, to put the icing on the cake, this piece of shit company has not returned my damn deposit and it has been damn near TWO WEEKS. I called today to ask where the hell was my money and some guy named Brian told me he was the manager and asked me what happened. I started to explain and this SOB had NERVE enough to cut me right off by going, «Well, it don’t matter now. It’s over now. You had them scheduled for between 12pm and 3pm. We did what we were supposed to. We showed up at 3pm.» BOYYYYYYY, talk about HEATED! I told him, «NO. IT IS NOT JUST OVER. I DID NOT have them scheduled BETWEEN 12pm and 3pm. I had them scheduled for 12 pm and I was READY at ELEVEN AM. Your piece of shit company just cost me a day without pay, another $ 150 move fee, and 4 days of g-​damn rent at my old apartment because I couldn’t move until 3 DAYS LATER! So, NO, it is not JUST over. Now, your sorry asses need to give me my damn money!
And, THIS is why you need to STAY VERY, VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY, SORRY, BULLSHIT ASS COMPANY!!! I have already filed a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and after today, I am even thinking about taking their asses to small claims court for PHONY ADVERTISING AND FRAUD.
SIDENOTE: Collins Family Movers did a MAGNIFICENT JOB! HIRE COLLINS! NOT TOP SHIT MOVING!

Worst moving company ever!!! If I would’ve known what they would put me and my family through I would’ve just moved my things all by myself! They were disrespectful to our possessions. They broke things, scratched things, dented walls, and threw everything in the garage and left. Took double the time they quoted and charged extra for large items on top of the hourly rate even though I specifically asked if there would be any extra fees after we went through what needed to be moved and they said no.
I paid for 4 movers but they only used 3 because the 4^th one just stayed at the other house the whole time. I filed a claim for all the damaged items totaling about $ 2000, and they sent a settlement of $ 48. I had to write a letter stating the damages that totaled 3 pages and had to take pictures of the damaged items and list on the back what was wrong with them, there were 70 pictures.
Then when I tried to file for arbitration they wanted me to fork out $ 150 to do it. So they just keep trying to suck the money out of you!
Don’t even bother to look at this company and make sure to tell your friends not to use them either!

Please do not do business with these movers. If you have any issues, they will not respond to your repeated requests or will yell at you. I hired them to move me from Chicago to Colorado. I got a price and was told there would be no additional items. I live in a mountain town and wanted confirmation they would be able to deliver with no issues. I was repeatedly assured there would be NO problem. When the movers showed up to pick up my items, they told me I was mis quoted and there would be an additional $ 500 (on top of $ 1,000 quote). When I called the office I was told a ‘new’ person had given me the price and they didn’t know what they were doing. When my items got to Colorado, I was told «You live in a crazy far place, we are going to use a shuttle and that will be an additional $ 500 (on top of the now $ 1500 quote). As it turned out, they did not use a shuttle yet would not release my items until I paid $ 500 in cash. When I asked why I had to pay this since they didn’t use a shuttle, I was told «because you live in a crazy place that was scary to get to». I had no choice but to pay them as they would not unload my goods. They threatened to return my items to Denver and put them in storage where I would have to pay storage fees and additional delivery fees. Each time I asked for the owner to try to discuss this with him I was told he was unavailable or out of the office. I sent numerous emails with no reply. They do not have a customer service department, it was always the employee I had dealt with initially.
I can’t warn you enough — do not use them! You will regret it and you will end up paying more even tho their quote may be the lowest you get — there is a reason for it!

We moved to California from Wisconsin. I was in California prior to the movers arriving, so my fiancé was the one who had to deal with the initial loading…
First off, the two guys were straight out of an episode of America’s Most Wanted from the description my fiancé gave me. Not exactly the friendliest duo, but that’s beside the point. All the property was tagged with «sticky notes» and tossed carelessly into an 18-​wheeler with a lot of other people’s belongings.
The worst part came when our possessions were «delivered» (if that’s what you call it.) Two different guys who had no affiliation with Top Class moving delivered our stuff, and they have no idea who Top Class was. Apparently these moving companies hand off people’s possessions with no way to track it. These guys, again, carelessly unloaded the possessions based on the «sticky tags» many of which had fallen off.
A number of items were delivered to us that weren’t ours, and which we returned before they left. A lot of items were damaged — the worst was the smell of garbage a large portion of the clothing that was shipped. On the other side, a lot of items weren’t delivered that were ours. These items included: PS3, Beatles Rock Band, a shoe rack, a number of utensils, and other miscellaneous things stored in boxes. When it came time to settle up, these guys basically forced us to sign the papers otherwise they said they’d take the stuff back. The price was increased because of where our apartment was compared to the unloading zone. Basically, we paid for them to break and steal our things.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND DISHONEST!
