I have my renter’s insurance set up with Margaret. Every time I come into the office and talk to Nicole who is very nice and helpful with any questions I have, Margaret comes out to say hello. Everyone is very polite and I’ve never had any problems. My mom is thinking of switching insurance companies and I’ll definitely refer her here.

She is a terrible agent. When we had to file a claim, she was rude and unprofessional, and she falsely told a claims rep we were not interesting in pursuing a claim, when we were. The only thing she is good at is shilling for business (although she doesn’t seem to take the time to ensure you have the right coverage). Go elsewhere.
